R2 Stand & Event, designer of your spaces and PCO Professional Congress Organizer, is mobilizing to build the unmissable event: the GROUPAUTO meetings! For this 5th edition, R2 Stand & Event conceives ageneral installation project for this global event gathering trade shows, suppliers, plenary sessions, sub-commissions, gala dinner, accommodation and transportation for thousands of professional participants of the automotive sector.
With a surface area of nearly 3,000 m², thegeneral area has been totally revisited and offers an immersive scenography.
Suppliers, equipment manufacturers, distributors and repairers have gathered for the occasion. A total of 160 stands were set up in halls 4-5 of the Parc Expo Le Bourget.
In the center of the event, a space dedicated to experiential Lives & TV set. Around the edges, business areas with exhibition stands. In the continuity, a gigantic plenary space that can be modulated in record time into 3 sub-commission workshops. On one of the sides, a Zen space offers a moment of relaxation to visitors around a wellness workshop.
In the background, a flexible catering area will provide more than 4,000 meals over the period, transformed in the evening into a Gala dinner, during which many artists and performers will perform on stage.
