R2 Stand & Event, a stand designer specialising in custom stand design, carried out a graphic project/study for the consultation launched by the exhibitor for the EURONAVAL exhibition.
The group provides technical engineering and support services for the construction, operation, maintenance and dismantling of industrial projects. As a partner to major clients, the group has been active for more than 25 years in the Naval, Defence, Energy and Environment sectors.
On the occasion of this exhibition, the brand wishes to develop its notoriety, its brand image, and to facilitate its commercial prospection.
R2 Stand & Event is designing a 41 m² stand project that gives priority to the brand's long-distance visibility. A high, backlit, large-sized sign, highlighting the logo, is therefore imagined.
R2 Stand & Event designs an airy and open space divided into two themes: a demonstration area and a reception area. R2 Stand & Event harmonises the stand with a high arch with dynamic lines, and creates a visitor route by means of footprints on the ground, facilitating visitor traffic.
This stand, with its contemporary design, offers a reception area in line with the brand's image, highlighting the values of the exhibitor, its graphic charter, and the video broadcast of its messages via a 43-inch TV screen.
In order to arouse the curiosity of visitors, R2 Stand features a demonstration area, with a modern and high-tech design, set up along the aisles. A virtual reality terminal is available to visitors, who can discover the group through an RV experience relayed in a synchronized helmet and TV screen.
A reception and meeting area in lounge format, with blackout coloured mesh wall partitions, forms the backdrop to the stand.
The EURONAVAL exhibition takes place from 20 to 23 October 2020 at the Parc des expositions du Bourget in Paris. Dedicated to the naval defence industry, founded in 1968 and held every two years. It is the largest exhibition in the world in this sector of activity. Euronaval welcomes nearly 470 exhibitors from 34 countries, as well as official delegations from 90 countries.
