Flying Whales has renewed its trust in R2 Stand & Event for the International Paris Air Show 2025, with the design of a 104,5 m² booth conceived as a true immersion into the brand’s universe.
The goal: to offer a disruptive and coherent design that reflects Flying Whales’ values while strengthening its reputation, technical credibility, and appeal to visitors.
The booth showcases the group’s ecosystem through a fluid and structured journey. Each Flying Whales “cap” is clearly represented by a distinctive floor and identified areas, organized around a central core dedicated to discovering the LCA60T airship. Accessibility is maximized, with a wide opening onto the three aisles of the show, fluid circulation, and strategic distribution of spaces for optimal efficiency.
Visibility is a key feature of the project, with a circular sign suspended 6 meters above the ground, incorporating large-format logos, a dynamic LED banner, decorative screens, and a large curved screen visible from all aisles. Other medium- and short-distance media—totems, partitions, touch screens, signage—reinforce the clarity of the message and the visitor journey.
The overall design, rounded and uncluttered, is based on a blue and white color scheme for immediate identification, and the use of warm materials such as light wood and grass for a welcoming atmosphere.
Among the booth’s highlights are a strategic reception area, a spacious and well-equipped meeting room, a confidential VIP lounge, an area dedicated to international projects, and a finishing touch that makes all the difference: a flight simulator integrated into the “flight school” area. An immersive and unique setting, designed to capture attention, engage visitors and offer an experience fully rooted in the Flying Whales universe.
