The International Agricultural Show 2023 is coming to an end!
On the occasion of this exhibition, the department of Gers asked R2 Stand & Event to create a custom-made stand.
The objective of the event is to highlight all the actors of the Gers and enhance the image of the department.
R2 Stand & Event, specialized in space design, created a dynamic architecture around the theme "Happiness is in the Gers", inviting the visitor to discover this beautiful department. On a surface of 90 m², the accent is put on the art of living in the Gascon way of life by proposing large visual frescos allowing to arouse the interest of the visitors. For maximum visibility from a great distance, a sign with an innovative design is positioned at 4.5 meters high.
On the main angles of circulation, R2 Stand & Event strategically establishes meeting spaces, notably by the presence of a reception bar, with comfortable dimensions. In this area, the department wishes to highlight the variety of its Gers chefs. Epicureans will appreciate the wine tastings offered with each recipe, which promote the Gers wine industry.
Throughout the show, Hit FM radio, installed in its studio, animates the stand by promoting the values of the Gers.
Within the stand, a discussion area allows friendly exchanges. Near this space, R2 Stand & Event places a photobooth so that visitors can keep a souvenir of their visit to the stand.
For more qualitative exchanges, a meeting room with a small lounge format is arranged in the background of the stand.
The 59th edition of the International Agricultural Show took place from February 25 to March 5, 2023 at the Parc des Expositions - Porte de Versailles.
