For this new edition of the International Agricultural Show, Grand Est has once again placed its trust in R2 Stand & Event to design a unified 152 m² stand, bringing together two spaces of 96 and 56 m² in a single harmonious and impressive structure.
Upon entering, the eye is drawn to two tall, innovatively designed signs proudly displaying the region’s logo. These visual elements, which serve as landmarks within the trade show, ensure optimal visibility and reinforce Grand Est’s presence among the many exhibitors. To complete this strong identity, a touch of greenery softens the overall look and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere where nature and modernity meet.
The stand layout has been designed to offer visitors a fluid and immersive experience. At the edge of the aisle, a Forum area immediately catches the eye and invites visitors to engage in conversation. Accessible and open, it is the first point of contact and encourages encounters. Set back from the main area, a 32 m² VIP area offers a more private and cozy setting, conducive to privileged discussions. This contrast between openness and exclusivity allows the exhibitor to meet different needs while offering a structured and efficient visitor experience.
At the heart of the stand, a demonstration area plays a key role in the dynamics of the venue, generating a constant flow of visitors. Strategically located in front of the storage area, it simplifies logistics and facilitates day-to-day operations.
Finally, a unique feature enriches the stand: a black box dedicated to blind tastings, designed in partnership with the famous chain “Dans le Noir?” (In the Dark).
Plunged into total darkness, visitors are invited to rediscover flavors by fully awakening their senses, a fun and surprising approach that breaks with convention.
