Designed as a genuine meeting place between innovation and education, the Asus Education stand, created by R2 Stand & Event, offers total immersion thanks to its well-defined themed areas. Upon entering, the stand’s visibility is enhanced by a three-sided sign, immediately capturing visitors’ attention while highlighting the brand’s identity.
The 76 m² booth stands out with its bold and functional design:
- Strategic shapes and colors: green, the iconic color of Asus Education, is omnipresent and punctuated by specific materials depending on the space: black for esports, white for workshops, and wood for conferences.
- High-end finishes: the use of trellises, battens, and LED accents for a modern and attractive look.
- Optimized communication: an existing post on the stand is encased and clad to provide a communication space visible on four sides at a height of over 5 meters.
Located at the front for optimal accessibility, the conference space and classroom welcome visitors in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The furniture, inspired by modern school environments, includes a lectern reminiscent of a teacher’s desk. This space also highlights partners such as the Académie de Versailles and Mobilier i3.
One of the most captivating spaces is undoubtedly the gaming area, designed to immerse visitors in the world of esports. A large table equipped with ten latest-generation PCs and a 55″ screen can be used to organize competitions, creating a truly immersive corner that attracts enthusiasts and curious visitors alike.
For a moment of calm and privileged exchange, the reception area recreates the atmosphere of a library. With its reading areas, product showroom, and bar area, it offers a warm setting where partners and customers can meet in a friendly atmosphere. Away from prying eyes, a private area is also available for more confidential discussions.
At the back of the stand, a workshop area invites visitors to discover Asus Education products in an interactive way. Technical demonstrations are organized there, facilitating conversations with experts.
