Creation of a custom-made booth for Fischer at the Batimat trade show

For the Batimat trade show, R2 Stand & Event is collaborating with Fischer for the first time, creating an innovative 99 m² stand that promises an immersive and impactful experience. This stand has been designed to stand out thanks to its exceptional visibility.

The stand is distinguished by an imposing sign, located at a height of 5 m, ensuring visibility from a great distance. Several graphic elements reinforce the brand’s identity, making it easy for visitors to identify. The stand’s design is based on a double-deck structure, incorporating straight lines and dynamic volumes. Fischer’s graphic charter is harmoniously integrated, while the use of materials such as wood, concrete, and brick showcases the products on display, adding a premium feel to the overall design.

To maximize visitor flow, the stand is open to the aisles. A touchscreen terminal is strategically placed at the front of the stand, allowing visitors to easily browse the different product ranges. In addition, a flagship product, the Sensor Disc, is highlighted. It consists of a large-format reproduction of one of the products. An entertainment area with a claw machine, reminiscent of a fairground, creates additional traffic and captures attention.

The showroom is designed to present four distinct ranges in a clear and engaging way:
1/ Retrofitting range: this area showcases ceiling products in realistic settings, accompanied by a display on adjacent shelves. A 32″ screen is also installed to provide additional information about the products on display.
2/ SaMontec range: with its imposing structure, this range is visible from a distance. It allows for visual immersion of the products in their working environment, thanks to a coating that imitates the appearance of concrete blocks.
3/ Screw range: a dedicated wall display presents a wide range of products in Plexiglas niches.
4/ Fastening range: three separate areas have been created to illustrate the areas of application for DUO-Lines, allowing visitors to visualize how the products are used in various contexts.
Access to the double-deck structure is facilitated by two staircases that have been integrated into the stand design. One is visible from the product area, offering direct and intuitive access to visitors. The other staircase, more discreet, is located near the storage area, providing convenient access. The double-deck structure is designed as a warm reception area, featuring wood materials to create a welcoming atmosphere. It is divided into several functional areas.

This trade show took place from September 30 to October 3, 2024, at Paris Porte de Versailles.
