For the IAAPA EXPO EUROPE trade show, R2 Stand & Event was selected to design a custom-made booth for the VIRTUAL ROOM brand.
Specializing in the creation of VR adventures, the brand aims to increase its visibility by participating in this trade show.
R2 Stand & Event built a 100% customized space of 36 m². Open on three sides, this booth offered a true gaming experience that delivered immediate commercial results.
Through a dynamic journey, R2 Stand & Event introduced participants to the brand’s latest flagship games. Traveling from one universe to another, visitors become characters in the game themselves thanks to a VR headset. A fun way to build connections.
For total immersion, large-scale visual elements harmonize each space, catching visitors’ eyes.
Along the aisles, R2 Stand & Event has set up a discussion area to warmly welcome visitors and engage in friendly conversations.
IAAPA EXPO EUROPE is the largest international trade show and conference and the premier gathering for the attractions industry in Europe.
