Bringing together IT players in a magical setting is the challenge taken up by the IT Partners trade show held at Disneyland Paris every year! R2 Stand & Event is proud to be supporting the INGRAM MICRO brand for the first time on this occasion.
INGRAM MICRO is a global wholesaler of technology products (computers, televisions, video games, etc.) and showcases its services in partnership with several stakeholders and co-exhibitors.
The brand wanted to create a friendly, warm and welcoming space that was different from its previous stands. R2 Stand & Event therefore designed a 54 m² space with a predominantly wooden theme for the occasion.
The stand was divided into three parts: a reception area, a partner zone and a VIP corner.
In order to reach as many visitors as possible, INGRAM installed two large reception counters, each presenting a key aspect of the service offered by the brand.
In the partner area, seven workspaces are integrated into the totems to give each brand present visibility in the trade show aisles. In the centre of the stand, a reception area offers coffee.
Set back from the aisle, a cosy VIP trade show is available for longer meetings.
This stand is designed to be reusable and adaptable for future editions of the event.
The IT Partners trade show took place on 15 and 16 June 2022 at the Disney Events Arena.
