For the EquipHotel trade show, R2 Stand & Event teamed up with Passman for the first time to design a 90.25 m² stand combining visual impact, functionality, and user-friendliness.
The stand guarantees optimal visibility thanks to a logo positioned 5 meters high, facing the flow of traffic for immediate 360° identification. At 2.50 meters high, large visual communication surfaces effectively capture visitors’ attention, offering a memorable impact regardless of their position.
The front of the stand is dedicated to exhibition and exchange, with a large, user-friendly and immersive demonstration area. For more confidential and qualitative discussions, a semi-enclosed VIP area has been designed, combining comfort and practicality.
Two separate commercial areas, specially designed for business exchanges, offer a welcoming and warm setting. A wooden ceiling, enhanced by touches of greenery, reinforces this atmosphere by adding an elegant and natural touch.
This trade show took place from November 3 to 7, 2024, at Paris Porte de Versailles.
