What our customers took away from the International Paris Air Show with R2 Stand
‘What we are most proud of is that our stand stands out from the others; it is not blue like all the others. Originality is the little touch we wanted. And then everything went very well, they took care of everything, I had little contact with them, which shows that there were no problems.’
Xavier, Director of Satinox
A strategic space to assert your brand image
For Michael, Managing Director of Trelleborg‘s aerospace business, and Xavier, President of Satinox, participating in the Paris Air Show is an essential way to boost visibility. It is an opportunity to consolidate relationships with their national and international customers, attract new prospects, benchmark the competition and strengthen their brand image. The booth therefore becomes a real marketing tool, which must make an impression at first glance.
Seamless and expert collaboration
At Satinox, Xavier selected three service providers before entrusting the project to R2 Stand, whose proposal immediately stood out for its relevance. The same was true for Eurenco, which has been working with R2 Stand for several years: each project is handled by a dedicated team, with a single point of contact who centralises requirements, streamlines communication and ensures that deadlines are met. The teams at TTI, who were working with R2 Stand for the first time, also highlighted the effectiveness of the support provided.
A creative approach to stand design aligned with the brands' DNA
R2 Stand successfully captured and translated its clients’ worlds. For Satinox, this meant an industrial stand with wood and copper finishes, combining authenticity and technical expertise. At Trelleborg, the challenge was to create a warm and welcoming space despite the hustle and bustle of the trade show, capable of offering a cocoon for employees from all over the world. All of the clients interviewed agreed that the design was original, functional and faithful to the company’s image.

Modular or custom-made booth: a format that evolves with you
The modular booth chosen by TTI was praised for its ability to reconcile budget, surface area and upmarket appeal. In three successive participations, the brand has grown from 24 m² to over 76 m², while enhancing the quality of its facilities. All this has been achieved by integrating custom-made elements that can be reused from one trade show to another. This approach is shared by Eurenco, which is highly attentive to the issues of reuse and environmental responsibility.
Trust-based relationships and a human partnership
For all of them, the quality of the human relationship with R2 Stand makes all the difference. Xavier highlights the independent and proactive team, capable of handling technical issues without involving internal teams. Michael appreciates the frank, direct and efficient communication, while representatives from Eurenco and TTI emphasise the availability, flexibility and ability to anticipate needs. A true partnership relationship, not just a service.
A faithful and impressive final result
All testimonials agree: the final result is consistent with the 3D plans and the initial promise. At both Trelleborg and Satinox, the stand elicits a genuine ‘wow’ effect as soon as visitors enter. Customers notice it, and the teams are proud of it. For Xavier, it is precisely this discreet originality, this choice to not do what everyone else does, that gives the project its value.
