R2 accompanied us from the very beginning, right from the briefing. We had a general idea of what we wanted to do, but they really guided us through all the little professional details that we didn’t have access to. With them, we found a level of professionalism that allowed us to go into detail and not forget anything.

Extensive work on the visibility of the stand

What I particularly liked about R2 Stand’s work was their vision and their work on the visibility of our stand throughout the trade show.

We were located in Hall 1, upstairs, between the walkway between Hall 1 and Hall 2. R2 helped us with all the signage at different levels to reach everyone near and far from our space. They really worked on the visual impact, which was essential for us.

Valuable responsiveness during the trade show

If we have a problem at the stand, we call them and they come straight away. Within ten minutes, a stage manager is there to help us. There are always little hiccups at a trade show, but with them, we feel supported at all times. This responsiveness is extremely important to us.

Do you have a stand design project that needs to be visible at different levels for a trade show?

A stand designed to host and showcase product demonstrations.

The idea for us was to be able to welcome our customers, give them live demonstrations and really get up close and personal with them.
We had eight technicians on site at all times to meet as many customers as possible throughout the duration of the trade show. The stand was perfectly designed for this.

A partner aligned with our eco-responsible approach.

R2 Stand has also supported us in our CSR approach, which means a great deal to us.

For several years now, we have been committed to a zero-plastic policy: replacing aerosol caps with cardboard caps, cardboard extenders, etc.

Working with a partner for whom these issues are also a priority is essential. The fact that they are a local, French partner is also very important to us.

A collaboration established over several years.

Our collaboration with R2 Stand did not begin this year. Four years ago, we had already launched an initial call for tenders. We met, we discussed, but we were unable to reach an agreement at that time.
Nine months ago, before Equip Auto, I wanted to contact them again because I really liked their initial proposal. We did another briefing, met with Bénédicte and the sales director, and restarted work on the trade show stand.

Why do we need an exhibition design agency?

We’re not exhibition stand professionals: we have ideas, but we don’t know how to make them happen. What we need from an exhibition design agency is guidance on all the important points that we mustn’t forget.

And in that respect, R2 Stand really supported and helped us a lot.

A final result that meets our expectations.

The stand turned out exactly as we had hoped. It was perfectly in line with what we had planned, and they were very responsive in handling a few last-minute changes.

Honestly, it is stunning.
