Can you set up spaces in the outdoor area (Outdoor Display)?
Yes. If you are exhibiting a train or bus on the outdoor tracks at Messe Berlin, we can design chalets, VIP terraces or information modules to surround your vehicle, while maintaining the visual identity of your indoor booth.
How can heavy items (engines, chassis, etc.) be displayed effectively?
We take weight into account right from the 3D modelling phase. We plan for ultra-reinforced display bases and coordinate the transport of these parts with the exhibition centre’s lifting equipment before building the booth partitions around them.
Do you manage the approval process for the floors?
Absolutely. In Germany, any booth taller than 4 metres or with more than one floor must be approved by an independent structural engineer. R2 Stand includes this service and handles all the administrative procedures with the trade show centre on your behalf.
When will the next InnoTrans trade show take place?
InnoTrans 2026 will take place from 22 to 25 September 2026 in Berlin.
Given the scale of the event and the high demand for Berlin-based service providers during this period, it is advisable to finalise your booth design ideally 10 to 12 months in advance.
