For the Equip Auto trade show, R2 Stand & Event designed a custom-made booth for Bardahl. The booth was distinctive, welcoming, and immersive, designed to maximize visibility, encourage discovery, and promote interaction.
High visibility at multiple levels
From a distance, a sign raised 5 meters high, visible from all angles, with three-dimensional logos, ensures immediate brand recognition.
At medium range, large-format graphic walls highlight the solutions and product ranges.
Up close, product totems and demonstration areas invite visitors to discover the technical and high-performance world of Bardahl.
A setting faithful to the visual identity
The yellow and black color scheme, the brand’s unmistakable signature, immediately catches the eye, ensuring instant recognition.
Large wall surfaces highlight product communications, while careful attention to materials and lighting creates an environment that is both professional and welcoming.

The booth’s architecture is based on two distinct floor plans, allowing for intuitive circulation.

With openings onto the three main aisles, the Bardahl booth offers maximum accessibility and naturally invites visitors to enter.
Its distinctive and harmonious design, centered on demonstration areas and product hubs, reflects the brand’s dynamic and innovative universe.
A central and strategic reception area
At the heart of the stand, a fully equipped and secure reception bar serves as the main meeting point. Around the product areas, three sets of customized high tables encourage direct interaction.
