For the Equip Auto trade show, R2 Stand & Event designed and built a custom-made booth for Mobilians and its five partners, incorporating several strategic areas and a harmonized architecture to capture traffic from the two main entry points to the show.
A warm and dynamic design to maximize visibility
The co-exhibitor village offers a refined and striking concept, highlighting the sector as a whole while promoting the uniqueness of each partner. The stand is largely open to traffic flows, allowing visitors to wander freely from one area to another, following a fluid and attractive route.
Visibility and cohesion for all partners
Common high-sign: 6 meters high, 48 linear meters, visible to all co-exhibitors, with associated logo and signage.
Under the Members’ Village sign: 5 meters high, 11 linear meters, with a common tagline.

A central reception area
The heart of the co-exhibitor village is structured around a central reception area designed to welcome and receive visitors in optimal conditions. The 6-meter-long corner bar, equipped with built-in storage and a refrigerator, ensures both practicality and conviviality. The space also features six standing-height discussion areas, offering a total capacity of 18 seats for comfortable and fluid exchanges. The whole space is designed with warm and welcoming finishes: light oak tones, cozy furniture combining wood and dark velvet fabric, and subtle greenery create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that is both aesthetic and functional.
