For Thepenier Pharma & Cosmetics, R2 Stand & Event is creating a custom-made 30 m² booth designed to maximize visual impact and optimize visitor reception at the Paris Packaging Week trade show.

The booth is designed to capture attention at every level:
From a distance, a four-sided sign rising to a height of 5 meters ensures strong and immediate brand recognition.
At medium distance, large communication surfaces and a high banner incorporating the baseline reinforce the visual presence up to 4 meters high.
At close range, a direct presentation of the products from the aisle encourages interaction.

The booth fully complies with Thepenier’s graphic charter, both in terms of colors and the integration of the logo.

The layout is designed to naturally guide visitors:
A central reception desk, positioned on the main aisle to provide information and guidance from the moment visitors arrive.
Two product counters, located at strategic angles to showcase the solutions on display.
Two discussion areas, including a 6 m² enclosed space equipped with a velum ceiling light for a more intimate atmosphere, ideal for important meetings.
Each area is designed to combine visibility, comfort, and commercial efficiency.
An organization optimized for life on the booth
A secure 2 m² storage area facilitates day-to-day operations.
A 55″ screen behind the reception desk completes the setup by displaying institutional content and enhancing the booth’s appeal.
