The 50th edition of the Equip Auto trade show
For the Equip Auto trade show, R2 Stand & Event created a 145 m² stand for Valeo with a modular design – a remarkable and innovative solution in the events sector. The stand was complemented by a second 35 m² space dedicated to product displays. Together, these two areas formed a coherent, modern and striking whole, reflecting the group’s expertise and dynamic approach to innovation.
Communication visible from a great distance
Visible from all angles, the booth stands out thanks to a large suspended sign, to which a rotating projector is attached, projecting the logo onto the floor to enhance the brand’s visibility and appeal.

The concept
At the edge of the aisle, a high-tech space attracts visitors with interactive activities: touchscreen terminals presenting Valeo’s sites and services, and a Wheel of Fortune offering numerous prizes to be won, creating a fun and engaging moment of sharing.
In the centre, an island incorporates a functional storage area for the comfort of the teams and two semi-open meeting rooms, arranged in a mirror image to encourage professional exchanges. The whole space is energised by a large LED wall, used in particular for the opening of the trade show for a press conference bringing together journalists and partners.
Custom-made elements, such as integrated product displays, showcase Valeo’s innovations.
A demo car is also on display, accompanied by a wall-mounted charging station to illustrate the complete scenography around electric mobility.
An award-winning stand
Finally, Valeo’s eco-responsible approach was recognised: thanks to its modular and reusable structure, the stand received the eco-designed stand award, confirming the group’s commitment to a more sustainable event.
