Testimonial from Sandrine, Communications Manager at the Grand-Est Chamber of Agriculture at the SIA trade show

‘That's also what makes a specialised agency professional: taking our vision into account, but also suggesting optimisations based on the type of audience, the location at the trade show, and the visibility objectives.’

What are your goals for the SIA?

Our objective is clear: to promote positive communication about our agriculture, our regions and our terroirs. We value our regional specificities and our producers, whether they are farmers or artisans producing culinary specialities.

To achieve this, we needed a stand that was both welcoming and professional, capable of reflecting this richness and opening up a genuine dialogue with the public. R2 Stand perfectly understood our expectations and responded to them.

A modular, custom-made booth designed to last

We are committed to a three-year partnership with R2 Stand. This means we can develop the project while maintaining a stable base, as we adapt our presence according to the space and positioning available each year.

This modularity is a real asset in adapting to each edition of the trade show.

A layout designed to welcome all visitors

The stand had to be open to the general public while providing spaces for more institutional or professional exchanges.

We also placed great importance on the choice of materials: noble materials such as wood, an eco-responsible approach, and strong signage rooted in the identity of the region.

Each space and each visual element contributes to telling the story of our region.

Do you have a project for a booth that can be adapted to different trade shows?

Why use an exhibition design agency?

What I particularly appreciated was the team’s ability to listen.

They were able to analyse our needs, formulate appropriate responses, and go the extra mile by providing us with real advice on stand design: flow management, positioning, choice of signage, etc.

That’s also what makes a specialised agency professional: taking our vision into account, but also suggesting improvements based on the type of audience, the location at the trade show, and the visibility objectives.
