Can you set up a preparation kitchen on the booth?
Absolutely. That’s one of our specialties.
We fit out enclosed kitchens that comply with local hygiene standards, equipped with hot/cold water points, stainless steel worktops, activated carbon hoods, and three-phase electrical power for your cooking equipment.
How should sensitive ingredients be stored (cold)?
We calculate the volume required to integrate cold storage cabinets (positive or negative) into your technical storage area.
We also ensure that the power supply to these refrigerators remains active 24 hours a day (permanent power) to prevent any break in the cold chain during the night.
Do you build multi-level booths for FI Europe?
Yes. Messe Frankfurt is very well suited to this, and it allows us to effectively separate the public tasting area (on the ground floor) from the VIP or executive negotiation area (upstairs).
We handle the approvals required by Germany.
