A seamless visitor experience
For the 2025 Congress of Chartered Accountants, R2 Stand Lyon is collaborating with Agiris for the first time to design a 190 m² stand conceived as a true experiential journey. The objective is threefold: to modernize the image, generate leads, and highlight innovation and the quality of the customer journey.
Upon entering, a dynamic sign catches the eye and guides visitors to two main areas of the booth:
To the north, a reception area designed to orient and engage the public.
To the south, a conference area highlighted by an impressive LED wall, capable of arousing curiosity, which can accommodate up to 20 seated participants.
Between these two areas, traffic is guided by floor signage, color codes, and illuminated lines that mark the five-step route.
Enhancing the image
Demo totems, with a futuristic design inspired by data and artificial intelligence codes, ensure immediate identification and reinforce the innovative image. To bring the experience to life, an interactive quiz on a tablet invites visitors to join a demo area or make an appointment for coffee with an expert. The demo area showcases a unique exhibit: a DeLorean, which arouses curiosity and enthusiasm among all visitors.

A second space
The stand also includes a separate 18 m² space dedicated to the Welyb brand, complemented by a welcoming bar in the background with seating for 24, designed to encourage conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
Finally, a semi-open lounge is available for VIP meetings, allowing for private discussions lasting 15 to 30 minutes, for up to 8 people at a time.
