Design of a custom booth for LIFEN at the SantExpo trade show

At this major trade show, R2 Stand & Event was pleased to partner with LIFEN, a leading player in the digitization and coordination of health data. On a strategically located 60 m² space, our teams designed an area that was both welcoming and high-tech, while remaining perfectly true to the brand’s identity.

A look back at the key decisions that made this project a success.

An architectural design focused on visibility

As soon as you enter the lobby, you can’t miss the LIFEN area. To maximize the brand’s visibility from a distance, R2 opted for a monumental suspended sign. Square in shape and backlit, it proudly displays LIFEN’s logo and corporate blue colors, acting as a beacon to guide visitors through the exhibition hall’s aisles.

The fusion of wood and digital technology: a “phygital” atmosphere

The booth’s design is based on a subtle balance between nature and technology:

  • The warmth of wood: The use of light-colored wood for the arches, pillars, and furniture adds a human, reassuring, and eco-friendly touch, perfectly suited to the healthcare sector. Special care was taken to incorporate greenery to infuse the space with life and freshness.

  • Digital efficiency: The booth was designed for product demonstrations. Several sleek workstations, equipped with tablets and touchscreens, allow LIFEN experts to conduct live product demos in a smooth and intuitive manner.

In the background, a more private corner furnished with comfortable armchairs provides a space to continue business discussions and forge strategic partnerships in a relaxed atmosphere.
