Can you install a custom sound system at the booth?
The musical ambiance is often a key part of the Vapexpo experience.
The trade show is renowned for its dynamic atmosphere. We can integrate professional sound systems and even DJ booths if park regulations allow, while strategically positioning the speakers so as not to overwhelm your own B2B negotiation areas.
How should we handle the smoke (vapor) emitted at the booth?
Although general ventilation is managed by the exhibition center, we take care to avoid creating “enclosed” areas within your booth’s design (with the exception of storage areas). The reception and testing areas are intentionally designed to be very open to ensure your teams have a clear line of sight.
Can the booth be reused between Paris and Strasbourg?
Budget optimization depends on the smart modularity of your structures.
We frequently design modular architectures that can be deployed on a very large scale in Paris, then scaled down and adapted for the more intimate and 100% professional setting of the Innovaping Days in Strasbourg.
When are the next Vapexpo trade shows?
Innovaping Days will be held at the Strasbourg Convention Center from October 24 to 25, 2026. The Paris edition will return in the spring of 2027
