The Phinia Group is exhibiting at the Automechanika trade show with a custom-designed booth

A 153-square-meter booth designed to maximize visibility and showcase innovation

For the Automechanika trade show, the Phinia Group commissioned R2 Stand & Event to design a 153 m² booth intended to reinforce its position in the automotive industry, highlight its areas of expertise, and foster engagement with visitors.

Featuring spectacular architecture, an immersive journey, and reception areas spread across two levels, this project is centered on a single goal: to deliver a brand experience that lives up to the innovation embodied by Phinia and its brands—Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge.

Architecture Visible from Every Angle

From the main aisles of the trade show, the booth catches the eye thanks to an imposing L-shaped architectural sign positioned 6 meters above the ground. Measuring 19 meters long, it combines a sleek white structure with backlit Phinia logos to ensure immediate brand recognition.

This long-distance visibility is complemented by a 2 × 2-meter corner LED screen, integrated into a central pillar and installed 4 meters above the ground. It displays dynamic content that captures visitors’ attention while highlighting the group’s technical solutions.

Closer to the booth, the path continues along the floor via illuminated LED lines. Combined with a two-tone flooring design blending light wood and blue, these lines define the flow of traffic and naturally guide visitors toward the various interactive zones.

Three levels of visibility thus work together to attract, inform, and engage: a strong architectural presence, content visible from the aisles, and an immersive experience at the heart of the booth.

An immersive journey to discover solutions

The booth layout was designed to guide visitors from right to left, from the reception and diagnostic areas to the Hartridge and Innovation zones. The lighting complements this flow and helps visitors identify the different zones.

Diagnostics: A functional workstation equipped with a tablet and a shelf allows for demonstrations and hands-on activities.
Hartridge: A dedicated area showcases a flagship machine, designed for live demonstrations.
Innovation: A plasma screen displays the latest digital solutions and technological developments.

The products are also showcased in custom-built displays, designed to highlight the physical product lines while making them easier to understand.

A warm welcome that fosters interaction

To facilitate initial interactions, a 2-meter-long reception counter is located along the perimeter of the booth. Visible from the aisles, it serves as the first point of contact with the Phinia teams and allows visitors to be quickly directed to the appropriate representatives and areas tailored to their needs.

The booth features an open layout that encourages movement and spontaneous interactions. In the center, a 3.55-meter-long reception bar—which can accommodate up to six people—serves as an ideal space for professional discussions. Its minimalist design blends seamlessly with the overall layout, while direct access to the catering area at the rear ensures discreet service.

A secluded lounge offers a quieter setting for extended conversations. Equipped with a built-in bench and comfortable armchairs, it can accommodate up to eight to ten people depending on the configuration. Its modular layout allows for the creation of two separate four-person areas or a single meeting space.

A mezzanine dedicated to strategic meetings

The second level enhances the experience with a premium reception area and spaces dedicated to private meetings. This private mezzanine increases the booth’s capacity while providing the Phinia teams with an environment suited to interacting with their clients and partners.
